Volunteering

The Abbotsford Pilots are currently looking for the following Volunteers:

All volunteer Positions can be used as practicum hours.

 

Live Score Keeper 

Your role is to input all the game information into a computer and have it live on line.

experience: Should have working knowledge and computer skills. Ability to multitask an asset.

National Anthem singer

Ability to sing

Camera Operator

Your role is to operate the camera during the game. Experience an asset but not required. 

Game Day Announcer/ Music 

If you have a passion in announcing a game, or have a unique voice that can create an atmosphere this is for you! Must be well spoken, and understand game environments.

For Music- you must have your own device to play music on and use appropriate music only for a family environment. 

Security 

your main role is to ensure people are not sneaking in and out of the game- as well as in case anything occurs during the game.

Game Day Host

Are you interested in interacting with the players and the crowd on a game day? The Pilots are looking to get their entertainment a lift and are looking for someone who is available to do so! 

 

Equipment Assistant

Do you have knowledge of hockey equipment? we are looking for someone to take care of the sticks and water bottles of the Abbotsford Pilots. Reliability is key on this as it is an important job. Bonus if you have skate sharpening experience but not required
